2. Hosting and server log files

This website and our parked domains are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (data processing on our behalf, Art. 28 GDPR). When a page is requested, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested address, referrer and browser identification in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted at short notice according to the hosting provider's settings.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (email address, optionally name and domain, message) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is forwarded to us by email. To prevent abuse we briefly derive a non-reversible check value from your IP address which expires after one hour at the latest; we do not store the IP address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete requests once they have been dealt with, at the latest after six months, unless a contract is concluded or retention obligations apply.

4. Parked domains

Domains from our portfolio that are for sale show a notice page with the same contact form; section 3 applies. We count how often each of these domains is visited, only as a total per domain and day – without cookies and without storing IP addresses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, interest: assessing demand).

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services and does not load any third-party content (not even fonts).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please contact contact@domainagency.info. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wiesbaden.
